BASE

Foundations are crucial to a stable structure that is going to stand the test of time.

  • Tried and tested concrete pile system with embedded adjustable steel rods, to enable us to achieve a perfectly level floor, even on uneven ground

  • 100mm insulation for maximum thermal integrity

  • Strong 100mm x 50mm treated floor joists

  • Breathable moisture barrier 

  • Sturdy 22mm moisture resistant tongue and groove floor base

WALLS

Timber framed walls with rigid 50mm insulation inside and solid timber cladding of your choosing on the outside.

  • 75mm x 50mm timber stud walls

  • 50mm rigid board insulation

  • 12mm OSB cladding

  • Breathable moisture barrier wrapping

  • Treated battens to hold external cladding and provide airflow

  • Custom solid wood external cladding

ROOF

Pitched timber frame roof with 100mm rigid insulation, topped with tough weather proof membrane.

  • 125mm x 50mm roof joists

  • 100mm rigid board insulation

  • Firestone one piece rubber roof membrane

  • Guttering and fall pipe

DOORS & WINDOWS

Choose from a range of doors and windows, all double glazed, all surpass modern building regulations.

  • Doors can be standard width or extra wide bifold doors

  • We use high spec aluminium doors and windows as standard

  • Secure, with high thermal efficiency

ELECTRICS

We will lay out your power points, lighting, heating and internet as required.

  • Choose the number of power sockets and where you want them

  • Powerful 2 KW wall hung heater as standard, too keep you warm all year round

  • Choose your lighting. Spot lights? Floor lamps? 

  • Need a strong internet connection? We can install a cat5 internet connection from your home
